One of the most important lessons I’ve learned from my yoga practice is not to take myself too seriously. I bring joy into every class. Both the KonMari Method™ and yoga have led me to a life of gratitude and contentment. I hope enjoy these online classes so I can share the joy of yoga.

Yuriko is a great yoga instructor. Her classes are challenging, but not overwhelming. Her style focuses on alignment, breathing, flow, and balance--she hits it all! She is friendly and approachable. Good for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. As a runner, I find her classes to be ideal for cross-training.

My yoga practice allows me to shift my mindset and to focus on the opportunities available in each moment. I love sharing this transformative and supportive practice with others. I attended my first yoga class in college and have been teaching since 2017. I also hold a M.S. in Clinical Psychology and I'm a KonMari™ certified professional home organizer.
